The ERII Conference experience included presentations by top experts in the fields of\u00a0Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)<\/span>\u00a0Counterintelligence\/Counterespionage, Cyber Countermeasures, Equipment vendors and more. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This year, our Keynote Speaker was <\/span>Sandra Grimes, Author of \u00a0“<\/span><\/span>C<\/i>ircle of <\/i>T<\/i>reason”, \u00a0<\/i><\/span>A CIA Account of Traitor Aldrich Ames and the Men He Betrayed<\/i><\/p>\n

Sandra Grimes<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>is a twenty-six-year veteran of the CIA\u2019s Clandestine Service who spent the majority of her career working against the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Sandra was one of the CIA agents who were key members of the CIA team that conducted the intense “Ames Mole Hunt.” Sandra Grimes and Jeanne Vertefeuille were two of the five principals of the CIA team tasked with hunting one of their own and were directly responsible for identifying Ames as the mole, leading to his arrest and conviction.\u00a0 Sandy was introduced by ERII Advisory Board Member Jack Platt. Former CIA Officer Jack Platt is a decorated 26 year veteran of the CIA\u2019s Clandestine Service<\/span>. Sandy signed every attendees copy of her book, Circle of Treason.<\/span><\/p>\n
